New Resource Now Available!
Speaking of Turbo Groups, we just completed our brand new Turbo Group Guide. We believe strongly in the use of Turbo Groups to develop small group leaders here at CCC. What is a Turbo Group? It's an alternative to a 1-on-1 apprenticeship, often used when you need to develop multiple leaders in a short amount of time.
We typically run Turbo Groups for 8-12 people, whenever we start new campuses, so that small groups are going strong when the campus launches. We also have used them other times when we seem to have a sudden strong emergence of people interested in leadership.
Over the years, each of our Small Group Directors has used different material to lead their Turbo Groups. So our team recently took on the task of combining the "best of" all this material into one 6-week guide.
Here are the 6 topics that are covered in-depth through this guide:
1. The Model
2. The Bicycle
3. The Meeting
4. The Challenges
5. The Reproduction
6. The Launch
So take a look (for free!) and let us know what you think -- download it HERE.
Sweet! Thanks for making this available for FREE! I am eating it up!

Thanks for the Turbo Group guide! We have tried unsuccessfully to turbo launch groups in the past and looking forward to learning some new tips before trying again. I especially liked your Appendix 1. Are those sold separately somewhere? I 'd like to use it with my group coaches...

Herschel, so glad to hear that you are finding it so valuable. Great question about purchasing--we are still working on finalizing it into a booklet format and getting it printed, so we can put it for sale on our e-store. I'll let you know when we get it there, hopefully real soon.
