Fun With "Difficult People"

Do you ever have "difficult people" to handle in your small group? Of course not, but maybe you have a "friend" who does. :)  (Or maybe you are one of those difficult people.)  Regardless, it is one of the most common and often most daunting challenges that a small group leader faces.
