Ok, so Arnold Schwarzenegger didn't speak at Leadership Community this past week, but Dave Ferguson did! Dave spoke to us about the value of the 3C's: celebrate, connect and contribute - good stuff!
Leadership Community is CCC's once a month gathering of apprentice leaders, leaders, coaches, apprentice staff, and staff. It's at this gathering that we walk our leaders through 3 core experiences:
- Vision - where are we headed as a church?
- Huddle - where are we headed as a team?
- Skill - where are we headed as a ministry?
Beth Kolar, Yorkville Small Groups Director, spent some time talking to her campus leaders about Evangelizing Through Small Groups. She wrestled through the idea of small groups helping people find their way back to God before they ever step foot into a weekend facility/celebration service.
